The What
Guys Grooming is celebrating another birthday this March and we are looking for a Manager to lead our team.
A Manager to support and develop our exceptional team of qualified professionals as they deliver the industries best Male Grooming services.
A Manager that demonstrates compassion, humility and kindness in the way they treat people.
But most importantly a person who is engaged with their role, understanding that you cannot do everything by yourself and being part of a team is so much more rewarding than being an individual.
The Who
Leadership is not delivered solely by the Manager at Guys Grooming, there is an established team structure with support from the Grooming Director, Team Leaders and the team. There are 20 people in the team with skills across the hair, beauty and retail industries. Each person has a role to play and together we provide a service that is industry leading.

Guys Grooming is a WA success story starting from the simple idea that Men need a grooming venue of their own.
Services have been designed that best support Men and we are committed to training and developing our team on techniques, products and equipment that will allow us to enhance and constantly improve our service.

Qualifications
Cert III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification OR
Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
