Rebecca and Nathan Ahern started Guys Grooming in 2008 with a vision to provide Men with a comfortable place, free of stereotypes, to experience all the benefits of Male grooming. A place to enhance Men’s wellbeing and confidence.

This level of care and attention to detail make Guys Grooming one of the most organized and respected employers in the sector. We pay weekly and no chasing up for your super or entitlements as a weekly payslip is provided showing all your benefits.
Training is provided across all areas of Male Grooming, as well as Dermalogica training.

We respect our team and pay well, including very achievable bonuses. We also pay you to be at work 15 minutes prior to your first client and for 10 minutes at the end of the shift to ensure you have the time to properly prepare.
Guys Grooming operates with Full Time reception staff, so you can concentrate on what you love and not have to answer the phone, greet arriving clients or take payments – How cool is that!!!

- Dermalogica experience is a BIG plus, but we are willing to put the right candidate through their extensive training to become an Expert.
- Lycon experience is also a plus
- Love of Waxing, Facials & Massage is an absolute must.
Our Story
Guys Grooming is a WA success story starting from the simple idea that Men need a grooming venue of their own.
Our services have been designed to best support Men and we are committed to training and developing our team on techniques, products and equipment that will allow us to enhance and constantly improve our service.
There are 17 people in the team with skills across the hair, beauty and retail industries. Each person has a role to play and together we provide a service that is industry leading.
